Packing a lunch and snacks for your workday can help you stay focused and energized, all while saving you money. It’s easy to get stuck in a sandwich rut, or run out of ideas for what foods to bring but this workshop will help inspire you to make healthy and creative lunches. Plus, Cristin will demonstrate a quick “just-add-water” soup that you will get to build in a mason jar and take home with you!
