Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (2 day workshop)

ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. No previous training is necessary to attend this workshop.

ASIST’s widespread use in various communities creates a common language to understand suicide safety issues and is a resource for the whole community that can be learned and used by anyone.

Pre-registration by January 18 is required as class size is limited to 30. This training, valued at over $250 will be offered to participants for just $30. Training materials and lunch are included. Participants also receive 15 hours of continuing education.
