Group Exercise Class Schedule:

Monday
6:00 – 6: 45 a.m. – Tabata
12:10 – 12:55 p.m. – Step/LIIT Combo

Tuesday
12:10 – 12:55 p.m. – H.I.I.T.

Wednesday
6:00 – 6: 45 a.m. – Tabata
12:10 – 12:55 p.m. – Core Strength Training
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Yoga

Thursday
12:10 – 12:55 p.m. – H.I.I.T.

Friday
6:00 – 6: 45 a.m. – Cardio Boot Camp

· Make sure to bring Bulldog ID card if you are a student or employee.
· All exercise classes will be held in the Wellness Center. (Business Technology Building)
· Some yoga mats will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring your own.

Rates

Montana Western Students- $15.00 per semester
Montana Western Employees, Spouses, & Retirees-$30.00 per semester
Community members- $50.00 per semester OR daily $5.00 per class
